摘要
通过试织小样对比展示了一些常用针织面料在编织过程中的肌理变化效果,对局部编织、挑针、改变织物密度等编织方法进行总结;并对针织面料的二次创新编织手法加以延展,如堆积、拼接、破损、添加、缝扎、仿梭织等。通过设计一组家用靠垫系列产品,表明采用针织面料设计家用纺织品时,只有将图案、色彩、纱线、工艺和编织组织构成和谐统一的整体,才能体现针织家用纺织品的整体效果和设计水平,为针织横机面料在家用纺织品领域的应用进行了有益尝试。
The paper compares some texture change effect of common knitting fabrics through testing fabric samples, and summarizes several knitting methods, including the local knitting, picking up and changing the fabric density. And the secondary innovation of knitting technology are introduced, such as accumulation, splicing, break age, adding, sewing, imitation woven, etc. Through the design a set of cushion for household products, it shows that the pattern, color, yarn, technology and fabric structure should be designed in a unified way, which can re flect the overall effect of the knitting home textiles and design level. The innovative design method mentioned in this paper is a beneficial attempt in the field of application of the flat knitting fabrics in home textiles.
