EDN型活性染料在敏感色染色工艺的应用

Dyeing Technology Discussion of EDN Type Reactive Dyes for Sensitive Color

采用超分子EDN型活性染料对筒子纱敏感色染色,通过染色小样试验测试了该类染料对盐碱、浴比敏感度,并通过对咖啡色、灰绿色两种敏感色的大样染色生产试验,对比分析了EDN型与双活性基型两组染料不同工艺处方下的颜色特征值、染色牢度和一次成功率。结果表明,EDN型系列活性染料对浴比、盐碱要求相对较低,具有匀染性好、染色重现性高、染色一次成功率高的优点。

Super molecule EDN type reactive dyes were applied in sensitive color dyeing for cheese. Through sample dyeing experiment, sensitiveness of this dye for salt, alkali and bath ratio were tested. Besides, actual pro duction of brown and sage green were practiced, color characteristic value, color fastness and onetime success rate in different craft prescriptions of the two dyes were eontrastively analyzed. The results show that the require ments of this series of reactive dyes for bath ratio, salt and alkali are low; meanwhile, their leveling property are good, dyeing reproducibility and onetime success rate of dyeing are both high.
