摘要
以 5个粳型不育系和 5个广亲和品种为亲本 ,按 p×q交配模式配制 2 5个亚种间杂交稻组合 ,进行了子粒充实度的遗传分析。结果表明 :子粒充实度差具有全穗性 ,充实度以穗的上位、中位和下位依次递减 ;子粒充实度的变异主要是由遗传因素引起的 ,其广义遗传力在 0 82以上 ,以加性效应为主 ;子粒充实度与其他性状之间存在着一定的相关关系。通径分析表明 ,饱粒数、千粒重。
The grain plumpness was genetically analyzed on 25 intersubspecific hybrid rice combinations from 5 japonica sterile lines each crossed with 5 wide compatible varieties. It was found that the grain plumpness was better on upper spikelet but worse on lower spikelet for a given panicle. The grain plumpness was genetically controlled with major additive effect, and the inheritance ability was over 0.82. Path analysis further revealed that this grain plumpness was also influenced by other factors, mainly plump grains, 1000 grain weight, seed setting ratio and fertilized grains.
