摘要
阐述了班组管理在针织企业中的作用:生产的执行环节、安全生产的保证、企业文化建设的主阵地。归纳了针织企业班组管理中存在的问题:对班组管理的重要性认识不足、班组管理人员素质不高、组员缺乏现代意识。针对这些问题,提出了加强针织企业班组管理的思路:制度化与民主化相结合、科学化与人性化相结合、竞争与合作相结合、绩效制与奖金相结合,从而为新形势下针织企业的班组管理提供参考。
This paper introduces the function of shift management in knitting enterprises: the execution proce dure of production, the guaranty of safe production and major field for enterprise culture building. In addition, this paper summarizes the existed issues of shift management in knitting enterprises: insufficient understanding on the significance of shift management, poor quality of shift leaders and shift member's shortage of modern sense. Based on these issues, this paper puts forward the suggestions on strengthening the shift management in knitting enter prise: the integration of system and democracy, integration of science and humanity, integration of competition and cooperation and integration of performance and bonus, for the sake of providing reference to shift management in knitting enterprise under new situation.
