与轻度认知功能障碍患者家属沟通在神经内科的应用研究

Communication with family members of patients with mild cognitive impairment in the application research of neural Department of Internal Medicine.

目的通过比较轻度认知功能障碍患者及其家属入院介绍相关内容的知晓情况,探讨与其家属沟通在神经内科的应用,明确其重要性。方法建立轻度认知功能障碍患者登记本,将我科就诊入院诊断为轻度认知功能障碍的58例患者其及家属同时进行入院介绍,分别将入院当日、3d、7d对入院介绍相关内容的知晓情况进行调查。结果知晓率:患者组,入院当日100%,入院3d 77.40%,入院7d 25.86%;家属组,入院当日100%,入院3d 96.55%,入院7d89.66%。对照组(患者)的知晓情况明显低于观察组(家属)。经统计学检验两组比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论与轻度认知功能障碍患者家属沟通,让家属参与,保障患者的安全。有利于提高患者及其家属的满意度,构建和谐的医患关系。

Objective Through the comparison of mild cognitive impairment patients and their families were introduced the relevant content knowledge,clear communication and mild cognitive impairment patients＇ families in the importance of the application of neural Department of internal medicine.Methods The registration of the establishment in patients with mild cognitive impairment,will I hospital admission diagnosis of 58 cases of patients with mild cognitive impairment and its family members also admitted,respectively,will be investigated and awareness of the admission day,the 3 day after admission,7 introduced the relevant content of admission.Results The awareness rate： patients in group 100%,on the day of admission,admission 3,77.40%,7,25.86% group of relatives of hospitalized;100%,on the day of admission,admission 3,96.55%,7,89.66% hospital.Statistical differences between the two groups was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Mild cognitive impairment patients showed decreased memory,forgetting,communication and mild cognitive impairment patients＇ families,let the family members to participate in,to ensure patient safety.Is conducive to the improvement of the patient and family satisfaction,constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
