应用2%碱性戊二醛与邻苯二甲醛在消化内镜消毒中的综合研究

The comprehensive research about application of alkaline 2% glutaraldehyde and orthophthalaldehyde in the diges tive endoscopic disinfection.

目的探讨在消化内镜消毒中合理应用2%碱性戊二醛与邻苯二甲醛的方法。方法将2012年1月1日~5月31日使用的消化内镜设为对照组,2012年6月1日~12月31日使用的消化内镜设为实验组,对照组消化内镜使用2%碱性戊二醛消毒,实验组消化内镜使用邻苯二甲醛消毒;随机现场采样,对比分析两组内镜的消毒效果、时间、工作效率。结果两组内镜消毒效果对比无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;消毒时间与效率对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论2%碱性戊二醛与邻苯二甲醛用于内镜消毒均具有较好的效果,邻苯二甲醛消毒时间具有优势,二者合理使用既满足院感要求,又能提高工作效能。

Objective To discuss the reasonable application of digestive endoscopy disinfection with 2% glutaraldehyde and orthophthalaldehyde.Methods From January 1,2012 to May 31 the control group digestive endoscopic uses 2% glutaraldehyde disinfection,From June 1,2012 to December 31 the experimental group use orthophthalaldehyde disinfection,randomly field sampling,compare the two groups of endoscopic disinfection effect、time、work efficiency.Results Two groups of endoscopic disinfection effect was not statistically different（P〈0.05）;Sterilization time and efficiency compared statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion 2% glutaraldehyde and glutaraldehyde for endoscopic disinfection has the better consequent,orthophthalaldehyde disinfection time has the advantage,the reasonable use not only satisfy the court feeling requirements,but also could improve work efficiency.
