0.1%碘伏与生理盐水在清创术中冲洗的疗效对比 被引量:4

摘要 目的总结0.1%碘伏在清创术中冲洗伤口的临床疗效。方法 2004年1月~2012年12月,182例皮肤软组织挫裂伤患者,随机分为实验组101例与对照组81例,实验组采用"0.1%碘伏冲洗伤口",对照组采用"生理盐水冲洗伤口"。记录实验组和对照组患者术区有无红肿热痛等炎症反应。结果实验组101例患者中伤口均未出现红肿热痛等炎症反应,伤口全部甲级愈合。对照组81例患者中有11例伤口出现不同程度的红肿热痛等炎症反应,经换药后愈合。结论 "0.1%碘伏清创术中冲洗伤口"是一种简单、经济、有效的方法,能有效避免清创伤口的感染。 Objective To summarize the douching curative effect of 0.1% Iodophors and NS in wound excision.Methods Between January 2004 and December 2012,182 patients with soft tissue wound,182 patients were divided randomely into two groups.Experiment group: 101 patients were treated with 0.1% Iodophors rinsing of wound;Control group: 81 patients were treated with NS rinsing of wound.To recorded the Inflammatory reaction of the two group.Results The total patients of experiment group were healing,no Inflammatory reaction.11 patients of control group appearanced Inflammatory reaction,change dressings to healing well.Conclusion The method of 0.1% Iodophors douching in wound excision was a simple,economy and effective method,it can refrain from wound infection.
