耳鸣习服治疗联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗耳鸣的疗效评价

Evaluating the effects of tinnitus retraining therapy combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in tinnitus patients.

目的观察耳鸣习服治疗联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗耳鸣的疗效。方法对36例耳鸣患者行耳鸣习服治疗,并加用盐酸氟桂利嗪。分别于治疗前、治疗10d后及6个月填写耳鸣残疾评估量表,根据THI得分情况,分析疗效,治疗前比治疗后THI得分≥20分认为治疗有效。结果耳鸣掩蔽结合心理咨询前后有效率为41.7%,半年后有效率为47.8%。治疗前后及半年后THI得分、E项(感情评价)、F项(功能性评价)、C项(严重性评价)差异有统计学意义,治疗6个月后差异仍有统计学意义,治疗有效。结论耳鸣习服治疗联合盐酸氟桂利嗪可以改善耳鸣患者的耳鸣症状,盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗耳鸣安全有效。

Objective To determine whether flunarizine hydrochloride capsules combined with tinnitus retraining therapy is effective in treating tinnitus.Methods Patients in experimental group（36 patients） were given flunarizine along with tinnitus retraining therapy.Tinnitus handicap inventory（THI） were performed before and after the treatment 10 days and 6 months.If tinnitus handicap inventory（THI） decreased ≥20 after treating 10 days and 6 months,assess the efficacy.Results The efficiecy was 41.7% and 47.8% separately 10 days and six months later.There was statistic difference about the value of THI,item E,item F and item C before and after therapy and 6 months later.The therapy was effective.Conclusion Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules combined with tinnitus retraining therapy is a safe and effective method in treatment of tinnitus.
