单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合LED红光治疗带状疱疹临床研究

Clinical observation of vidarabine monophosphate combined with LED red light for herpes zoster.

目的观察单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合LED红光治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将102例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组52例,给予单磷酸阿糖腺苷静脉输入,维生素B1、维生素B12肌肉注射,同时联合LED红光照射皮损部位,对照组50例,仅使用上述药物治疗。观察患者水疱结痂、疼痛消失的时间。结果治疗组水疱结痂及疼痛消失的时间明显短于对照组。结论联合LED红光治疗带状疱疹疗效优于单独药物治疗。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of vidarabine monophosphate combined with LED red light for herpes zoster. Methods 102 patients with herpes zoster were divided randomly into the treatment group（52 eases） and the control group （50 cases）. All the patients were treated with vidarabine monophosphate, vitamin BI and vitamin B12, and LED red light was used to irradiate skin lesions in the treatment group, the blisters knot and pain disappear time were observed. Results The blis- ters in the knot and pain disappear time of the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion United LED red light in the treatment of herpes zoster was more effective than medication alone.
