大范围弥散加权成像对前列腺癌骨转移检测的评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价大范围弥散加权成像对前列腺癌骨转移的检测价值。方法回顾性分析14例前列腺癌骨转移患者的大范围弥散加权成像和病变部位常规MRI影像资料。结果头颅、胸锁肋骨、脊柱、骨盆、四肢骨五个区域的准确率分别为50%、76.9%、78.6%、67.5%、80%,大范围弥散加权成像评价全身骨转移的准确率为75.3%。结论大范围弥散加权成像结合病变部位常规MRI扫描,对前列腺癌骨转移能起到一站式检查、诊断的作用。 Objective Evaluate value of a wide range of body diffusion weighted imaging in detection of bone metastasis of prostate cancer. Methods Analysis of 14 eases imagings of prostate cancer with bone metastasis retrospectively, all cases un- derwent a wide range of body diffusion weighted imaging and conventional MRI image scan. Calculation of the various regions of the true positive rate, false positive rate, false negative number and accuracy. Results Skull, sternum-calvicle-rib, spine, pel- vis, limb bones of five regions were 50%, 76.9% , 78. 6%, 67. 5%, 80%, a wide range of body diffusion weighted imaging in evaluating the accuracy rate of bone metastasis was 75.3%. Conclusion A wide range of body diffusion weighted imaging com- bined with conventional MRI scan, might have function of a one-station examination and diagnosis of prostate cancer bone metasta-
