高分辨CT对颞骨骨折的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of multislice CT in temporal bone fracture.

目的探讨高分辨CT(HRCT)在颞骨骨折及其并发症诊断的临床价值。方法对颞骨骨折32例(32耳)采用HRCT轴位扫描及多平面重建(MPR),并与临床对照比较。结果外耳道及乳突部损伤28例,听骨链损伤12例,内耳迷路损伤3例,脑脊液漏3例,与HRCT诊断一致。结论 HRCT对确诊颞骨骨折及其并发症,帮助临床制定治疗方案,有较高的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the chinincal values of high resolution CT （HRCT）scan in diagnosis of temporal bone fracture and their complications. Methods Axial scans and the use of muhiplanar reformation （MPR） were performed on 32cases （32ears） with temporal bone fracture, and compared with the clinical outcomes. Results 28 cases injured the mastoid and external, 12 cases had ossicular chain disruption,3 Cases injured in inner ear labyrinth and 3 cases had leakage of cerebrospi- nal fluid,. The findings of HRCTA were consistent with the clinical outcomes. Conclusion HPtCT scan could help doctors to di- agnose the temporal bone fracture and find out complications exactly. It is helpful to guide medical treatment of patients with the temporal bone fracture and polytrauma.
