摘要
为深入研究某非线性隔振器的隔振性能,在建立系统动力学模型和仿真计算的过程中,需要考虑其关键部件等节距圆锥螺旋弹簧的刚度曲线,对等节距圆锥弹簧的经典力学理论进行阐述,通过MATLAB强大的数值计算及绘图功能,得到圆锥压缩弹簧的特性曲线,为圆锥弹簧的参数优化设计提供了一种简洁而高效的分析方法。
In order to research the performance of a nonlinear vibration isolator and at the process of creating a system dynam-ics model and simulating calculation , the characteristic curve of its key components named equal-pitch conical coil spring need to be considered.The classic mechanics theory of conical compression spring is described.The characteristic curve of conical compression springs are obtained through the powerful numerical calculation and drawing functions of MATLAB,which can provide a simple and efficient method of analysis for the parameter optimization design of conical springs.
