摘要 常用的材料选择方法往往忽略了材料的环境属性,从而造成许多的环境问题。基于绿色设计理念,为了在设计阶段将材料对环境的影响降到最低,采用模糊综合评判法从机械性能、工艺性能、经济性和环境属性四个角度对NPT3型内平动齿轮减速器的内齿轮输出轴进行了材料选择,得出最佳材料是QT600-3。结果表明,模糊综合评判法用于选择同时满足轴类和齿轮类零件要求的材料是可行的。 At present, the common method of material selection usually neglects the environmental performance of material and it leads to large amount environmental problems.In order to reduce the environmental impacts of materials in the design stage, the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are considered to select material for the internal gear output shaft of the NPT3 in-ternal parallel moving gear reducer based on the concept of green design, mechanical behavior, process performance, econom-ic cost and environmental performance of the material, QT600-3 is recognized as the best material.The results show that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is feasible to select materials which can meet the requirements of shaft and gear.
