摘要
为保证用12 mmSA203Cr.E板材焊接制成的气体容器的产品质量,在正式加工前进行焊接工艺评定,及拉伸、弯曲等一系列的焊接试验。从试验结果及投入使用后的情况反馈来看,所制定的焊接工艺是可行的。
In order to ensure the product quality of welding gas vessel made of SA203Cr.E plate 12mm thicker, welding pro-cedure qualification must be evaluated before manufacturing formally.Tensile and bending test are carried out.Based on test results and the feedback of utilization, the welding procedure developed in this paper is feasible.
