摘要
利用不同规格螺旋折流板换热器试验设备所得传热数据,推导出传热系数的变化规律,确定出不同角度的折流板传热修正系数。将修正系数引入传热计算公式中,解决了螺旋折流板换热器的传热计算问题,改进了传统换热器总传热系数低、壳程存在流动死区、所需换热面积大等不良因素。此外,对换热管与管板连接结构进行了优化,可降低设备泄漏质量事故的发生。
Using data derived from different specifications helical baffle heat exchanger test equipment to infer the variation law of heat transfer coefficient and determine the heat transfer correction factor of the different angles baffle.Introducing the coeffi-cient into the formula to calculate the heat transfer rand solve the helical baffle heat exchanger heat transfer calculation , then some harmful factors are improved including the traditional low coefficient of heat exchanger overall heat transfer, the existing dead zone of shell flow as well as the required heat transfer area and so on.In addition, connecting structure of tube and tube sheet has been optimized, it could reduce the device leakage accident.
