在齿轮轴零件工艺分析的基础上,设计了适用于批量生产的专用夹具。实践证明:该工装能够保证加工的精度,提高生产效率,适合批量生产,具有技术创新性。
Based on process analysis to parts, suitable special fixture is designed for mass production.Practice has proved that the tooling could ensure the accuracy of processing and improve the production efficiency .It is suitable for mass production with technology innovation .
