摘要
DPC系统化控改善了侧根组织中内源激素的水平 ,其中CTKs中的活性组分iP +iPA的含量水平提高 ,而DHZ +DHZR和Z +ZR的含量水平下降 (苗期除外 ) ;GAs中GA3含量下降而GA46月 17日前高于对照。IAA含量在 6月 17日前比对照高 ,ABA则只在苗期 (5月 18日 )和初花期(6月 30日至 7月 8日 )高于对照。IAA/CKs ,IAA/Z +ZR和IAA/ABA在根系一生中较对照高。
The content of plant hormone in root has been improved by DPC treatment.The content of iP+iPA has been increased but DHZ+DHZR and Z+ZR have been decreased.The content of GA 3 was lower than control,but the GA 4 was higher than control before 06 17.The contert of IAA was higher than control before 06 17,but ABA was lower than control except 05 18 and 06 30-07 08.The ratios of IAA/CTKs,IAA/Z+ZR and IAA/ABA are higher than control in root development period.
