慢性失血性贫血患者围术期容量治疗的探讨

摘要 目的:探索慢性失血性贫血患者在围术期,输入晶体液、胶体液代替血液或血制品对机体生命活动和脏器功能的影响及手术安全性。方法:回顾性调查研究47例贫血患者,对围术期输入液体的种类、剂量和速度进行分析。结果:所选47例病例术中、术后均无输全血或成分输血,手术野无异常渗血,住院7~15d康复出院。结论:中重度贫血妇科患者在硬膜外间隙阻滞麻醉和静脉复合麻醉,面罩高浓度持续吸氧下,输入晶体液和胶体液补充血容量,术中生命体征平稳,能顺利安全完成手术。
