摘要
以典型的顶端败育类型和正常类型玉米杂交种为材料 ,对 2种类型果穗不同部位籽粒的能量代谢进行了双向比较研究。败育籽粒的呼吸强度在授粉后的 0~ 8d(0~ 8DAA)即明显低于同期发育的正常籽粒 ,到 8DAA之后呼吸强度明显减弱 ,进入表观衰败期。进一步对籽粒的ATP含量、ATPase活性测定亦表现出相同的趋势。研究认为 :在败育诱导期 (0~ 8DAA) 。
A comparative study was conducted on the energy metabolism of kernels at upper and middle ear positions with two kinds of hybrids. The results were as follows: During 0~8 days after anthesis (DAA),the respiration of abortive kernels was lower than that of well developing kernels, and then it grew much weaker for the former, entering the period of degradation. The content of ATP and the activity of ATPase showed the same trend. It can be concluded that the low level of energy metabolism of abortive tip kernels during the inducing period (0~8 DAA) was one of the reasons of low sink strength and kernel abortion.
