奶山羊瘤胃酸中毒主要特性的试验研究

The experimental study on main characterstics of rumenal acidosis in milk goats

试验采用大剂量玉米粉投服法诱发奶山羊瘤胃酸中毒 ,首次测定了投服前、投服后 4、8、12、2 4、36、48h瘤胃液、血液、尿液中乳酸、内毒素、组织胺等主要指标的变化。结果显示 :投服 8h后 3项指标均显著高于投服前测定值 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,并呈逐渐上升趋势 。

Rumenal acidosis was induced in milk goats by overloading with maize. Lactic acid, endotoxin and histamine concentrations in rumenal fluid,blood and urine were determined pre gavage and at 4,8,12,24,36,48 h post gavage. Signiicant differen ( P <0.05 or P <0.01)increases in the three indexes measured at 8h and afterwards post maize overloading were observed. The results indicated that lactic acid,endotoxin and histamine play the important roles in pathogenesis of rumenal acidosis in goats, thus providing new information for the mechanical studies of ruminant acidosis.
