摘要
我国是陶瓷生产大国,提高产业效率和产品质量是企业的重要目标之一。而窑炉是陶瓷工业的关键设备,其温度的控制将对产品的质量、工业效益和能耗等产生直接的影响。本文针对陶瓷窑炉的温度控制问题展开研究,引入动态矩阵控制算法,并对该算法的参数整定进行分析,讨论不同参数对控制系统性能的影响。仿真结果表明该算法非常适合于陶瓷窑炉等复杂工业过程的控制。
Our country is a big ceramic klin production country, improving the industry efficiency and product quality is one of the important goals of enterprises. Ceramic kiln is the key equipment to the ceramic industry, the temperature control can have a direct impact on the quality of the products, industrial efficiency and energy consumption. This paper launches the research on Ceramic kiln temperature control, introduces dynamic matrix control algorithm, and analyzes parameters setting of the algorithm, and discusses the influence of different parameters on the control performance of the system. The simulation results show that the algorithm is very suitable for ceramic kiln and other complex industrial process control.
