大黄虫胶囊治疗药物流产后子宫出血效果分析

Observation of Dahuang Zhechong Capsule on Metrorrhagic After Drug Abortion

目的观察大黄虫胶囊治疗药物流产后子宫出血的效果。方法对自愿行药物流产的患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,在服用抗早孕药物第四天时,治疗组给予缩宫素肌注及大黄虫胶囊口服,对照组仅肌注缩宫素,疗程均为5天,比较两组患者阴道出血量、阴道出血时间及清宫率。结果治疗组患者阴道出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),阴道出血时间短于对照组(P<0.05),药流后清宫率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大黄虫胶囊能有效减少药物流产后阴道出血量及出血时间,降低清宫率,临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To observe effects of Dahuang Zhechong capsule on metrorrhagic after drug abortion. Methods The patients who volunteered for drug abortion were divided into 2groups in random： Treatment group and control group. On the 4 days of taking the anti- pregnancy drugs, treatment group take Dahuang Zhechong capsule at the same time in addition to the injection of oxytocin. The control group was taken the oxytocin only. 2 groups of treatment were both treated for 5 days. Then the bleeding time, amount of bleeding and the rate of curettage of 2 groups were compared. Results The bleeding time of treatment group was obviously shorter than control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The amount of bleeding was less than control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of curettage was obviously reduced in treatment group（P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Dahuang Zhechong capsule could shorten the time of bleeding, reduce the amount of bleeding and the rate of curettage after drug abortion.
