摘要
目的观察中医辨证结合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选取141例慢性心力衰竭患者,治疗组70例,对照组71例,对照组按西医治疗原则施治,治疗组在此基础上运用中医辨证治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95.7%,对照组总有效率为73.2%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证结合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效显著。
Objective To observe the curative effects of TCM combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 141 cases of chronic heart failure patients were selected. 70 cases were in treatment group and 71 cases were in the control group. The control group was given western medicine treatment principle treatment and the treatment group was used of TCM therapy on the basis. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.7% and the total efficiency of control group was 73.2%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion TCM combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic heart failure was significant.
