煤炭低温干馏微波加热技术的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着石油能源储量的日趋减少,清洁煤转化技术得到越来越多的重视。如何将现有的低阶煤炭资源进行高效转化及利用,对缓解我国能源危机和带动当地经济迅速发展具有重要作用。论述了国内外传统煤加热技术现状及微波热解煤的技术进展,微波热解的工艺特点和反应机理,最后对微波热解应用于煤炭低温干馏的前景进行了展望,为煤热解技术日后的研究提供有效的参考。 As the oil energy reserves is decreasing, the clean coal conversion technology is paid more and more attention. How to converse and use the existing low efficient coal resource plays an important role for relieving the energy crisis in our country and driving the rapid development of the local economy. In this paper, present status of the traditional coal heating technology at home and abroad was discussed as well as technical progress of microwave pyrolysis for coal, process characteristics and reaction mechanism of the microwave pyrolysis were analyzed, application prospect of the microwave pyrolysis for coal in the low-temperature carbonization was discussed, which can provide effective references for the research on the coal pyrolysis technology in the future.
