The concept and principle of field-amplified sample stacking method were introduced as well as its application in capillary electrophoresis sample enrichment, and four kinds of field-amplified sample stacking methods were discussed, and combined application of field-amplified sample stacking method and other methods was introduced. Disadvantages and prospect of the field-amplified sample stacking method was also pointed out.
