摘要 对场放大进样法的概念、原理及其在毛细管电泳样品富集方面的应用作了简单的介绍,着重介绍了四种场放大进样富集方法,并且概要的介绍了场放大进样法与其它方法的联用情况。同时也指出了场放大进样法的不足与展望。 The concept and principle of field-amplified sample stacking method were introduced as well as its application in capillary electrophoresis sample enrichment, and four kinds of field-amplified sample stacking methods were discussed, and combined application of field-amplified sample stacking method and other methods was introduced. Disadvantages and prospect of the field-amplified sample stacking method was also pointed out.
