在灾疫日益全球化和日常生活化的今天,防治灾疫的根本之道,是重建人、社会、地球生命、自然共生互生的生境之道。展开全民灾疫教育,乃是人类生境重建的必由之路。展开全民灾疫教育,其首要任务是引导全民了解灾疫、认识灾疫,使人人具备灾疫防治、重建生境等方面的专门知识;其根本任务是对全民进行生存教育、生活教育和怎样做人、如何待物的教育,引导人们重新向自然学习,学会与地球生命共在互存。基于此两个方面的考量,展开全民灾疫教育,需要全方位的伦理引导。
