保存条件对糖化血红蛋白测定值影响的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解全血标本的储存温度、相应温度下的储存时间对糖化血红蛋白测定结果的影响,探讨高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术测定HbA1c标本的最佳保存方法。方法随机选取2组共30个研究对象,抽取的标本分为6个模式进行储存,在设定的时间点用HPLC技术测定HbA1c值,测定结果用统计学软件SPSS 18.0进行分析。结果样品测定值随时间延长而降低。结论 2周内,同样的保存时间下,4℃的保存效果比-20℃好。 Objective To explore the best conservative conditions of full blood samples for glyeosylated hemoglo- bin (HbAlc) measurement by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods 30 full blood sam- ples were randomly divided into 2 groups, and stored at 6 conditions, which included 2 temperatures and 3 con- servative times. HbAlc values were determined by using HPLC. Results It was shown by our studies that deter- mined values of HbA1 c reduced along with conservative time. Conclusion The full blood stored at 4℃ is better than that at -20℃ for the conservation of HbAlc within 2 weeks.
