摘要
本文采用S31254钢管作为换热管,管板的材质采用S22053锻件,管箱内表面采取烘烤酚醛清漆的措施,有效地防止了管程中含有高浓度Cl-、HCO3-的介质对设备的腐蚀。
In this paper,S31254 steel is used for heat exchange tubes,the tube plate material uses S22053 forging,and the internal surface of tube channel takes measures of baked novolac to effectively prevent the corrosion to the equipment due to the high concentration of Cl-and HCO3-medium contained in the tube pass.
