The paper elaborates the knowledge ecosystem of digital academic journal, an organic whole with differentlevel and differentscope knowledge network, social network and technology network, formed in the process of production, dissemination, absorp tion and use of knowledge in digital academic journals. The paper also expounds university teacher＇s learning paradigms in the ecosys tem： metaphysical paradigm, sociological paradigm, and practical operation paradigm.
