摘要
【目的】为探索二郎山山地鸡日粮赖氨酸的最适添加量,获得理想的上市体重和外貌。【方法】试验统计了第二世代SD02、SD03系及其正反交群体SD0203和SD0302在高、低赖氨酸水平下70日龄的体重、冠型、冠色、羽色和胫色。【结果】研究表明,各群体除梳羽颜色较杂外,副翼羽、鞍羽和背羽羽色均以红黄色为主,SD0302鞍羽和SD02背羽为红黄色个体的比例高于其他群体。高赖氨酸试验组各部位羽毛为红黄色个体的数量均明显多于低赖氨酸试验组,且体重显著高于低赖氨酸组(P<0.05)。【结论】研究表明SD0302和SD02系羽色优于SD0203和SD03系,且高赖氨酸试验组羽色和体重均显著优于低赖氨酸试验组,该结果为二郎山山地鸡体形外貌的后续选育和赖氨酸营养需求提供了基础数据。
[Objective] To determine the best content of dietary lysine for Erlang Mountainous chickens and obtain their ideal market appearances and body weights. [Method] We collected the weight, crown, crown color, plumage color and shank color of two generations and originated from lines SD02, SD03 and their reciprocal crosses under the high and low lysine level at 70-day old chickens. [Results] The study indicated that the titian was the dominant color in secondary, demoiselle and dorsal feather besides the neck feather was pied. The proportions of individuals with titian color at demoiselle feather in line SD0302 and at dorsal feather in line SD02 were higher than those in other lines, respectively. The number of chickens with titian feather under high ly- sine groups were significantly higher than low lysine groups. The chicken weights under high ly- sine group were significant heavier than those of low lysine group (P〈~0. 05). [Conclusion] The study indicated that the feather color of SD0302 and SD02 chickens were better than those of SD0203 and SD03, and the feather color and body weight of high lysine groups were significantly better than low lysine groups. These results provide basis for further breeding and nutritional aeeds of dietary lysine in Erlang Mountainous chickens.
