摘要
本文基于520份问卷调查,运用数据统计的描述性分析和非参数检验方法对大学生的毕业规划、职业选择的现状进行分析,得出如下结论:近一半学生大学目标模糊,对未来思考不明确;随着年级的升高,学生的规划逐渐明晰;不同专业同学,就业规划现状差异明显。建议针对不同年级和不同专业开展侧重点不同的学业生涯教育,以推动大学生职业规划的发展,提升大学生出口的人才质量。
Based on 520 copies of questionnaires,using descriptive analysis and nonparametric test on the graduation planning, occupation choice situation analysis of college students, the following conclusion is drawn, nearly half of the students are fuzzy about their goal and future. With the ad- vance of their grades, their planning is taking shape. Students of different majors are significantly different in their career planning. It is wise to lay different emphasis on career planning of students of different majors and grades, in order to promote the development of college students occupation planning, and enhance colleges' outgoing talent quality.
