摘要
主要研究了FFS模式TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display)于不同条件和环境下影像残留现象,简述了残像产生的原因,探讨了其产生的机理和对策方向,为改善相应的显示残像问题提供一种高可靠性的处理方案。
The image sticking phenomenon of TFT-LCD is studied in different conditions and environments, which consists of causes of image sticking, occurring mechanism and improvement of TFT-LCD image sticking, to obtain a high reliable image sticking improvement solution.
