miRNA与恶性肿瘤关系研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 miRNA(microRNA或miRNA),是一类长度约22nt的内源性短链非编码小分子RNA,通常在转录后水平调控基因表达,在RNA诱导的沉默复合体(RNA-induced silencing complex,RISC)下靶向结合mRNA,进而降解RNA或阻遏转录后翻译功能。近年研究,miRNA参与细胞的分化、发育、增殖、死亡等生命活动中的一系列重要进程,在肿瘤发生中可能是潜在的抑癌或致癌基因。本文就miRNA在肿瘤中基因表达、肿瘤疾病的预防和治疗做一综述。
