解磷、解钾根际促生菌的筛选与鉴定 被引量:6

摘要 试验从樱桃根围采集根际土壤样品,采用MRS培养基和改良麦氏培养基,分别在28℃、37℃条件下培养2~3d,进行分离,利用系列稀释涂布平板筛选出分离物DY-3和DY-4。根据菌体形态、菌落形态观察和生理生化试验结果,结合18S或16SrDNA序列的测定,将DY-3鉴定为酿酒酵母菌(Saccharomyces cerevisiae),DY-4鉴定为干酪乳杆菌(Lactobacillus casei)。测其解磷解钾能力,酿酒酵母菌DY-3有较好的解钾能力,干酪乳杆菌DY-4有较好的解磷能力。因此,该研究筛选的2菌株可望进一步研究开发成为微生物肥料的生产菌种。 The aim of the present study was to provide the excellent strain resources for the production of bio--fertitizer. Therefore, isolates were isolated from Cerasus pseudocerasus rhizospheric soil at 28℃, 37 ℃ for 2--3 d. Two isolates named DY--3 and DY--4 were screened using modified MacConkey medium and MRS medium, respectively. According to the resuhs of morphologic characteristics, physiological biochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis o f 16S rDNA genes, DY--3 was identified as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, as well as DY--4 identified as Lactobacillus casei. And then, the phosphate--dissol- ving and potassium^dissolving ability of DY--3 and DY--4 was detected. Result showed that DY--3 has the ability of potas sium--dissolving, and DY--4 has the ability of phosphate--dissolving. As a result, the strains of DY--3 and DY--4 are possi- ble to be further developed as excellent strains for microbial fertilizer production.
