摘要
为了筛选对松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)具有较高杀线活性的细菌,作者从腌制芥菜的表面分离出了一株对松材线虫具有较高杀灭活性的细菌,命名LZ-01。经形态学观察、生理生化分析及对该菌16SrDNA序列分析,将该菌鉴定为Bacillus cereus LZ-01。利用该菌培养滤液对松材线虫的杀灭活性进行了检测,结果表明:处理10h时松材线虫的校正死亡率可达100%。
In order to screen the bacteria strains with high nematicidal activity against the pine nematode(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus), one bacteria strain with high nematicidal activity on Bursaphelenchus 2"ylophilus, named I.Z--f)l was isolated from surface of pickled mustard. Based on the observation of morphology, the determination of physiological and biochemical characteristics, the analysis of 16S rDNA sequence and phylogenetic tree, LZ--01 was identified as Bacillus cereus. I3ioassay of nematicidal activity of filtered culture of LZ--01 against the pine nematode showed that thecorrected mortality of pine wood nematode reached 100~ after treatment for 10 h.
