摘要
以气相色谱质谱、液相色谱质谱、紫外可见扫描等方法综合分析破译两种德国进口消毒剂成分,依据破译所得成分配比,配制出两种自研消毒剂,编号为①和②。定量杀菌实验结果表明,75%自研消毒剂①和②对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌仅作用30 s即可达到100%杀灭率,说明两种自研消毒剂①、②杀菌效果好,可作为相同性能的国内产品。
Many methods such as GC - MS, LC - MS and UV were used to analyze the components of the two disinfectors imported from Germany. Two home - made disinfectors named ①and② were confected according to the analysis result. The results of quantitative disinfectant tests shew that When the effective concentrations of both ①and② were 75%, average rate of sterilization is 100% acting on Colon bacillus and Staphy lococcus aureus at 0. 5 minute. So the disinfect effects of two home - made disinfectors were good, and they can be the home - made products with the same capability.
