摘要
在间歇反应釜中,采用阳离子交换树脂(CT800)为催化剂,对莰烯与甲基丙烯酸合成甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯反应动力学进行了研究。考察了搅拌速度、催化剂粒径、反应温度、催化剂浓度对酯化反应的影响。在消除内、外扩散影响的条件下,采用拟均相动力学模型对实验数据进行了处理,得到了主反应及主要副反应的动力学方程。
The kinetics of the synthesis of isobornyl methacrylate catalyzed by cation - exchange resin (CT800) was studied using a batch stirring - type reactor. The effects of various parameters, such as agitation speed, catalyst particle size, temperature and catalyst loading, on the reaction rate of esterification were studied. The kinetic expression of the main reaction and major side reaction were obtained by fitting the experimental data to a pseudo - homogeneous phase model, after the influence of internal and external diffusion was eliminated.
