摘要
对某汽车变速器厂生产过程所产生的含油乳化液废水进行了处理,采用热化学沉降+一级气浮+超滤+厌氧+好氧+二级气浮+高级氧化+过滤的水处理工艺,处理的产水达到污水综合排(GB 8978-1996)一级标准,实现了环评标准所设定的化学需氧量全年排放标准不超过0.452吨的要求。
The oily emulsified wastewater from some one automobile gearbox factory was introduced. The techniques were thermo -chemical setting dehydration, one stage gas floatation ultra filtration, anaerobic biological treatment, aerobic biological treatment, two stage gas floatation, and advanced oxidation -filtration. It can meet the national sewage effluent discharge standards ( GB 8978 - 1996) I standard. Chemical oxygen demand annual emission standards implemented EIA standard set of not more than 0. 452 tons of requirements.
