大学生创新性实验人才培养是高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程重要组成部分,是提高本科教学质量和大学生综合素质培养的重要手段。我们针对本科生创新性实验项目培养体系的构建和实践等方面进行了一系列的改革。经过推广应用后,获得良好的效果,极大提升了本科学生的综合素质与创新性。文章总结了近几年来本科生创新性实验项目培养体系构建和实践的经验及成果。

Training college students to be innovation experiment personnel, as an important part of the undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform project, was an important way to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching and college students overall quality.
