描述了可靠性仿真技术与传统可靠性设计、分析和试验方法的区别及优缺点;通过对一种典型电路可靠性仿真试验案例阐明可靠性仿真试验的时机、流程、方法及评估数据;介绍了可靠性仿真试验结论对提高电路可靠性设计的作用及可靠性仿真试验的应用前景。
This paper describes the difference, advantage and disadvantage of the reliability simulation technology and the traditional re liability design in analysis and testing methods. This paper illustrates the reliability simulation century, processes, methods and data evalua- tion through a typical circuit reliability simulation case. This paper describes the role of reliability simulation test conclusion to improve circuit reliability and reliability of simulation application prospects.
