摘要
地处北纬高寒地区的混凝土坝,施工过程需经受高温、严寒、干燥、蒸发量大等复杂气候的影响,因此温度控制要求高、难度大。对某高寒地区混凝土坝的温度应力控制计算方法、抗裂安全系数及温度控制标准确定、温度控制综合措施应用、早期与后期混凝土表面养护和保护等进行了研究。结果表明,混凝土坝施工最高温度和最大温差符合温控设计要求,仅在局部出现少量表面裂缝,未发现危害性较大的贯穿性裂缝。
Temperature control requirements for the concrete dam that located at latitude alpine region are strict and challenge, for a great climate change over the year .and the influence of complex climate such as high temperature, freezing cold, dry and too much evaporation, and so on. The calculation method of temperature stress control, safety factor of crack-resistance and the determination of temperature control criteria, the compre- hensive measures application of temperature control, early and post concrete surface conservation and protection and other aspects of technology were researched and applied in the actual project. The results show that the maximum temperature and the maximum temperature difference of concrete dam construction meet the design requirements with only a small amount of surface cracks appeared in partial area and without greater danger pene- trating cracks.
