摘要
河口村水库大坝面板混凝土长度超长,面板基础为挤压式边墙混凝土,对后期施工的面板混凝土沿长度方向易产生较大约束应力,从而限制面板混凝土的收缩变形,施工及运行期易导致混凝土面板产生裂缝。对大坝面板采用了补偿收缩混凝土,在混凝土中添加了防裂剂,并进行了补偿收缩混凝土抗裂计算,最终确定了满足抗裂要求的补偿收缩混凝土配合比,解决了超长面板混凝土裂缝控制问题。检查已施工的面板发现其效果良好,达到了面板防裂的目的。
Two factors will possibly lead to crack of face concrete to come into being during the construction and operation period in Hekoucun Res- ervoir. The one is the over-length and the other is extruded side wall concrete, which they may produce larger restraint stress along the length direc- tion and restrict shrinkage deformation of face concrete. This paper introduced the method of solving the crack control issue through designing com- pensation constrictive concrete mix proportion. By adding admixture with compensation properties into common concrete and crack checking compu- tation, the face concrete construction had reached its good effect in preventing cracks.
