摘要
汽车悬架系统是影响行车安全、提高乘车舒适性的重要因素.其性能测试是汽车安全运行常规检测的重要项目之一.本文基于采样分析法,建立了振动力学模型与动力学方程,提出了汽车悬架系统吸收率与相位角的测试方法,分析了不同频率的激励对于悬架系统参数的影响.此方法降低了因悬架生产厂家或型号的不同对测试结果产生的影响,因此具有较高的适用性与通用性.
Vehicle Suspensions system is the key factor affecting traffic safety and comfort level.Its performance test is an important program of vehicles' regular safe operation.This essay is based on sampling analysis,building an equation of vibration mechanical model and kinetic equation,puts forward a test method to work out vehicle suspensions system absorptivity and phase angle,and analyses how different rates affect suspensions system parameter.This method reduces the errors because of different suspensions manufacturers and different types,thus could be more common and better applicable.
