摘要
对TC4钛合金盘型件辗压成形后微观组织的分布特征进行实验研究。实验使用α+β和粗大β两种状态的盘坯,变形温度选择β锻造温度和α+β锻造温度。盘坯初始状态与成形温度交叉共有4种不同工况。实验观察发现,α,β之间的相变和β相晶粒再结晶和晶粒长大是主要的微观组织变化;一定的温度范围内热塑性变形对α,β之间的相变有明显的促进作用。实验结果表明,为获得理想的微观组织分布,合理控制辗压成形时盘件的温度和变形分布非常重要。
An experimental study on microstructure distribution of the rolled titanium disk is presented in this paper. The disk blanks with different microstructure states, α+β double phase and β phase, are used in the roll forming experiments. The α+β double phase temperature region and β phase temperature region are selected as the forming temperature of the roll forming experiments. The crossing of disk blank initial state and forming temperature forms four different experiments. From the experiments it is found out that the transformation of α and β each other and dynamic reerystallization and grain growth are main mierostructure evolution during the disk roll forming. Another important experimental finding is that the hot plastic deformation has obvious effect on promoting the transformation between the a and β in a certain temperature range. In order to obtain the ideal distribution of microstructure, the reasonable control of distribution of temperature and deformation in the disk during roll forming is very important.
