摘要
整体壁板时效成形过程中,整体模具能反映模具型面的全部信息,其型面是理想的模具型面。框板模具使用若干肋板代替整体模具,具有可拆卸、分别加工和较好的经济性等特点。以框板模具代替整体模具在时效成形过程中有重要意义。该文选用圆柱面和球面的整体型面进行肋板划分,得到框板型面,使用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,分别对整体型面和框板型面进行时效成形仿真,并比较两者成形曲面的偏差,从而得到代替整体模具的框板模具设计。仿真和实验验证表明,用设计的框板模具代替整体模具,可达到较高的成形精度。
In the process of integral panel age forming, the whole mold reflects all information of mold surface, and is a ideal mold surface. The whole mold is instead by several ribs in frame plate mold, which is removable, can be processed respectively and is of good economy. The whole mold instead by frame plate mold is an important application in engineering application of age forming. In this article, the rib is classified by cylinder and sphere integral type surface to form frame plate type surface, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to simulate the whole profile and frame plate type surface aging respectively, and the two forming the deviation is compared to obtain the surface frame plate mold replaced the whole mold. Finally, through experimental simulation and experimental verification, frame plate mold replaced the whole mold is verified to be of good forming accuracy under this design.
