区域一体化对制造业产业分工及空间格局的影响——基于杭州都市经济圈的实证分析

Impact of Regional Integration on Industry Division and Spatial Pattern of Manufacturing Industry:Empirical Analysis on Hangzhou Metropolitan Economic Circle

以杭州都市经济圈为例,通过测算一系列衡量产业结构差异、地区专业化水平、产业竞争绩效的指标,证实了区域一体化对制造业空间转移的影响程度。实证结果显示:"十一五"期间,杭州转移了劳动密集型产业并专业化于资本密集型、技术密集型和信息都市型的少数产业;绍兴和嘉兴进一步推进了劳动密集型产业的专业化分工,并积极发展通用设备制造业等重工业,从而使产业结构趋于合理化和高级化;湖州积极通过承接产业转移使劳动密集型产业的优势更明显,从而使其制造业的市场份额在杭州都市圈中的比重逐年增加。

Taking Hangzhou metropolitan area as an example, this paper confirms the influence degree of regional integration on manufacturing transfer through calculating a series of indexes representing the difference in industrial structure, regional specialization level,industrial competi- tiveness performance and so on. The empirical results show as follows：in the period of 2006-2010,Hangzhou focuses capital-intensive,technolo- gy-intensive and information-urban industries through transferring labor-intensive industry; Shaoxing and Jiaxing further promote the specializa- tion division of labor-intensive industry, and develop heavy industry such as general equipment manufacturing industry actively to make industrial structure rationalized and advanced; Huzhou concentrate labor-intensive industry actively through undertaking industrial transfer, so that its manufacturing share in Hangzhou metropolitan area is increasing.
