摘要
提出了一种识别行为个体优势的多指标综合评价方法,并通过实例表明了该方法的有效性。该方法包含了自评和他评的思想。基于该方法的最终评价值的集结权重受数据驱动,较客观,最终排序结果易于被行为主体所接受。
This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method with multiple-indictors to identify individual strength. Then it verifies that the method is effective through an example. This method is based on the thought of self-assessment and other-assessment, and the weight of final evaluation value is driven by data,and the final sort results is also easy to be accepted by the actors.
