氧载体对α-淀粉酶发酵过程影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过添加氧载体 (正十二烷 ) ,提高发酵体系的氧传递速率 ,从而促进枯草杆菌产 α-淀粉酶的能力。实验结果表明 ,正十二烷的加入量和摇瓶装液量对菌体产 α-淀粉酶的能力有较大影响 ,在 2 5 0 m L 三角瓶中装液量为 5 0m L。正十二烷的加入量为 1 .5 %时 ,可使发酵液酶活提高 5 0 %
