摘要
运用模糊评价理论和方法,构建了基于模糊综合评价方法的智能电网IT能力评价模型.对西部某省电网公司进行IT能力评价,对结果进行探讨,指明企业IT能力所处的等级及IT能力改进的方向.所提供方法对智能电网企业实施IT能力建设具有重要参考价值.
Using the fuzzy evaluation theory and method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the IT ca- pability about smart grid enterprises is established in this paper. The IT capability of a Power Grid Corp in West- ern China is thus evaluated. The results are then discussed. The level and improvement direction of IT capability is pointed out. The proposed method has important referential value to implement IT capability building of smart grid enterprises.
