中国地震台网中心机构知识库构建方案初探

Preliminary studies on a construction plan of the institutional repository of China Earthquake Networks Center

文章首先介绍了机构知识库的概念和由来,以及机构知识库的国内外建设现状,然后针对中国地震台网中心的现状,提出了台网中心构建机构知识库的建设方案,并探讨了方案中涉及的若干关键问题。最后,指出了方案实施面临的主要困难并提出了解决方法。

In the paper, the author first introduces the concept and origin of the institu- tional repository, and its recent status at home and abroad. A construction plan is then pres- ented based on the present situation of China Earthquake Networks Center, and several key issues are discussed. Finally, the major difficulties faced in the program and their solutions are proposed.
